The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India vide its order dated 24^th March 2006 appointed a Monitoring Committee comprising of Sh. K.J. Rao, Former Advisor of Election Commission, Sh. Bhure Lal, Chairman, E.P.C.A. and Maj General (Retd.) Som Jhingon, Kirti Chakra, VSM “In order to over-see the implementation of the Law, namely sealing of offending premises in terms of the letter and spirit of this courts directions.”
